Create Your Account

Sign up for a free VideoInsight account by visiting our registration page. You'll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password.

Complete your profile by adding a profile picture and sharing your interests. This helps us personalize video recommendations for you.

Explore our diverse video categories including Education, Technology, Science, Arts & Culture, and Business. You can browse videos by category or use the search function.

Create custom playlists by clicking the "+" icon on any video. Organize videos by topics that interest you for easy access later.

Start watching videos and track your progress through courses or playlists. Add notes to videos for your personal reference and set learning goals in your dashboard.

Account Help

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

To update your profile information:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
  3. Select "Profile Settings" from the dropdown menu
  4. Update your information as needed
  5. Click "Save Changes" to confirm

If you wish to delete your VideoInsight account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "Profile Settings"
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision by entering your password
Important: Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including saved playlists, notes, and progress.

Common Video Problems

Many video playback issues can be resolved with these quick fixes:

  • Refresh your browser page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different web browser
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with video playback

Specific Video Issues

If videos keep buffering or loading slowly:

  1. Check your internet connection speed at speedtest.net
  2. Try lowering the video quality in the player settings
  3. Close other tabs or applications that might be using bandwidth
  4. Connect to a stronger WiFi signal or use a wired connection
  5. Restart your router or modem

If you can't hear audio from videos:

  1. Check if your device is muted or volume is turned down
  2. Make sure the video player isn't muted (look for the speaker icon)
  3. Test audio with another application to ensure your speakers work
  4. Check if the correct audio output device is selected in your system settings
  5. Try using headphones to see if that resolves the issue

If videos won't start playing:

  1. Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version
  2. Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings
  3. Try disabling ad blockers or other content blockers temporarily
  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  5. Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  6. Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements

VideoInsight offers both free and premium plans. With the free plan, you can access a limited selection of videos and basic features. Our premium subscription unlocks all content, including exclusive educational series, removes ads, enables offline viewing, and provides additional learning tools.

To earn certification for a course, you must complete all required videos and pass any associated quizzes with a score of at least 80%. Once these requirements are met, you can generate your certificate from the course completion page. Certificates can be downloaded as PDFs and shared directly to LinkedIn or other platforms.

Yes, premium subscribers can download videos for offline viewing on the VideoInsight mobile app. Downloaded content remains available for 30 days or until you cancel your subscription. Please note that downloading is for personal use only, and sharing or distributing downloaded content is prohibited.

Absolutely! We welcome content suggestions from our community. You can suggest videos or topics by using the "Suggest Content" feature in your dashboard or by contacting us directly. Our content team reviews all suggestions and works to incorporate quality content that aligns with our educational standards.

To change your subscription plan, go to "Account Settings" in your profile dashboard and select "Subscription." From there, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. Changes to your subscription will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
